What is The Owners Club?
This vacation home membership concept provides a unique, cost-effective alternative to conventional second-home ownership. It offers fractional ownership of private luxury vacation homes with Club membership privileges in some of the most desirable destinations. Members also enjoy reciprocal privileges at affiliate Owners Clubs. Members receive associate Club membership privileges at nearly 170 country, business and sports clubs and golf resorts around the world.
As a member of The Owners Club, you own part of a private vacation home. Most are single-family homes with only 13 members, and each development has a small number of homes, which creates an exclusive community environment among residents. Members can share their vacation experience with family, friends and business associates for 27 days each year.
The Owners Club homes are detached, single-family, two or three-bedroom, three-bath homes ranging from 2,000 to 2,700 sq. ft. Homes are fully furnished and include amenities such as two master bedrooms, flat-screen TVs, washers, and dryers. Every home has a balcony or patio to enjoy the exquisite views.
Maximum Occupancy for Club Home
The three-bedroom Club Home has a maximum occupancy of eight adults. Club Home includes one king bed, two queen beds, and two double beds.
Smoking is prohibited in Club Homes and clubhouse. Smoking is permitted on porch or balcony.
Service Animals/Pet Policy
Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. The dog must be trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the person with a disability. Service animals are permitted on the property.
An emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animal is not considered a service animal under the ADA. These animals are not permitted on The Owners Club property.
