HOUSEKEEPING SCHEDULE

It is imperative that we have access to the Club Homes more than once a week to maintain the quality of the homes. The life of the carpet and the HVAC systems depends a great deal on how often the carpets are vacuumed with professional grade vacuum cleaners that our housekeeping staff use.

Housekeeping fees for your visit are due upon Arrival

Housekeeping fees are as follows:

Reserved stays less than 7 nights - $235

Reserved stays 7-11 nights - $290

Reserved stays 14-21 nights - $345

(Tidy services are included in the above prices for all reserved stays of 7 nights and greater and should be scheduled when you check in)

If you are here less than 7 nights, you may still request a tidy service. Each tidy service is $55

All fees are inclusive of tax. Rates subject to change without notice.

Tidy services include:

  • Trash Removal
  • Light cleaning of bathrooms (wipe sinks, counters, toilets, mirrors and sweep floors)
  • Replenish bath terry
  • Replenish bath amenities
  • Light kitchen cleaning (wipe down counters, stove tops, sink and sweep floors - no dishes, pots, pans, etc)
  • Replenish coffee and condiments
  • Replenish kitchen and dining room table linens
  • Replenish paper goods
  • Make beds with fresh linen
  • Vacuum floors

Note: If a complete change in occupancy is expected during a seven (7) night or greater stay, it is highly recommended that a full departure cleaning service be scheduled for the incoming Member/Guest’s satisfaction.
